We are looking for a few amazing individuals to join our winery team!

Assistant wine shop manager - with the full-time position starting March 1, 2026. This position is full-time - Wednesday to Sunday

The assistant wine shop manager/guest service manager, will manage wine shop staff, scheduling and run of the day. They will coordinate, create and lead the guest service experience. They will ensure customer service and experience are memorable for guests, tours and everyone who visits our winery. This is a working position where you will oversee but also complete tastings, welcome guests, and take part in the day to day operations. Other daily duties will include answering emails, working with tour operators and coordinating with food service manager and event manager.

We are looking for someone one who prides themself in customer service, someone who loves wine and has a minimum of WSET2 or equivalent. Someone who likes to work with a team and can inspire and uplift the day to day. Fantastic organization, the ability to multitask and problem solve are at the top of the list of skills we are looking for. Off the Grid Organic Winery is a small family business, you will work closely with the owner and general manager, all our staff is like family and we enjoy working together, we are looking for someone who fits with our winery culture. This will be a seasonal contract from March 2026 to December 2026, but may be extended to a full year position for the right candidate. Pay including perks and gratuities, will be $52,000-$62,000 per year. Extended medical available after 3 months, monthly wine nights, and other staff perks are included.

Assistant Food Service Manager - Full-time Seasonal Position starting in April of 2026 to November 2026 (Wednesday - Sunday)

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about quality foods, feels confident as a team leader and has strong multitasking skills

As the assistant food service manager you will oversee the day to day of our food truck, including taking orders, cooking, prepping and cleaning, you will be the leader of the food truck team, help with scheduling and organization. Ensure tasks are being completed and the food truck is running smoothly. Assist with event catering and event prep.
